There is a networking group held on the first Tuesday every month in the Slough Holiday Inn where there is a great opportunity to meet other local business people from in and around Slough.
The group has been running for a few years and continues to provide a platform for business people to meet and connect. One of the fundamental aspects of networking that I love is that it not about the “me” but the “us”, and whilst you can not expect to walk out of a meeting with a new piece of work, what I get is some excellent ideas on running Kehorne, what has changed and what is changing in the outside world.
We can never sit still so by continuing to get out and talk to people who invariably are experts in their field, you can get a much better understanding of what is going on and what actions can help progress your business.
Today I was told about a “new” social media management platform called Buffer – something I will try as others have not been able to work in a way that actually helps me in posting.
