We have been building websites since 2008, but our experience goes back to 1999. We are a specialist company doing a lot of work building websites for Marketing and Brand agencies. This allows us to work for a number of household names on high quality websites, ranging from short term promotional microsites to full websites for the company.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\nWe also have our own direct clients, ranging from small SME companies in the local area to national companies and Government organisations, currently we are working with;

Short description of the role<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nThis is a part time marketing role, exact hours to be agreed, and we use a hybrid model. For the first 2 month, it is required that you come into the office on a more regular basis (exact days to be discussed).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Negotiable, based on experience and hours available<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\nWe are looking for an outgoing people person that is able to take on the management and delivery of our sales & marketing. You will work with the senior managers to agree and implement the marketing strategies.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\nROLES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- social media marketing<\/b> – developing a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Networking<\/b> – Either virtually or in person to increase awareness of our products and company with the goal of expanding our network and to find opportunities for the business to explore.
<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n- Email Marketing<\/b> – Setting up, sending and then reporting on our regular emails that go out to our existing client base, as well as to prospective new clients.
<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n- Sales<\/b> – Finding and developing potential new clients, either from marketing, inbound enquiries or networking events<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Client Liaison<\/b> – Talking to existing clients to ensure that we are giving them a good level of service, and to identify services that we could be offering them.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Good to have<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- search engine optimisation (SEO)<\/i><\/b> – developing strategies to increase the number of visitors to a website by achieving high-ranking placements in search results<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC)<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Experience using MailChimp<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong>
<\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- create and upload copy and images for the organisation’s website<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- write and dispatch email marketing campaigns<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- provide accurate reports and analysis to clients and company management to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI)<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Provide content and ideas for website banners and assist with web visuals<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- communicate with existing clients to find new opportunities<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- contribute to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns (Building and maintaining our brand\u2019s presence across multiple social media channels)<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- contribute to company and industry blogs and manage e-communications<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- develop and integrate content marketing strategies<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- keep up to date with current digital trends<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- manage the contact database and assist with lead generation activities<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Good to have<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- conduct keyword research and web statistic\u2019s reporting<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- use web analytics software to monitor the performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
