How easy is it to mess up?

Recently Kehorne started a marketing promotion based around some of the amazing technology that we have developed – it is a “spin to win” online fruit machine.
We – thinking we were “oh so clever” – had a set of 5 different marketing cards printed and added a unique code on each card so that the recipient can enter our competition with the chance to win some great prizes in our free to enter competition. To make it a bit more fun we added a teabag (make yourself a cup of tea whilst you looked over the promotion) and a boiled sweet. What we didn’t foresee was that the sweet was too big and now made our “letter” into a “package” !

So our postage was wrong and some of the people we mailed had to collect the letter (parcel) and pay an additional postage amount! Some might say we shot ourselves in the foot. Some might be right! But we have done our best to correct this and have immediately offered to refund the amount. But one of our entrants also had to go out of his way to collect the letter – so to show how sorry we are we called in to give the Branch manager at Marubeni-Komatsu Limited a box of biscuits to apologise for our obvious mess up.

At Kehorne we care about our clients and will always try our best to do the right thing. We operate not just in a professional manner but also in a reliable and honourable way.

Sorry to anyone we have inadvertently annoyed. We have learnt a valuable lesson.
