  • IHG

    We’ve worked with IHG for over 10 years on a wide range of digital projects, from internal sales drives and meetings planners to external sites and emailers. Operation Steal was an internal sales tool that we developed and built to change staff culture and reward sales. The site ran for three years and generated around £10 million in additional revenue annually.

  • Holiday Inn

    Our work with Holiday Inn has focused mainly on external promotions but also includes internal surveys aimed at shaping working practices. We’ve created many themed prize-draw microsites for the brand over the past ten years, often tied into the latest movie or TV show. These sites typically run for several months and receive around 40,000 unique entries. For each site, we capture and pass on the details of those opting in to receive further information and also follow-up with a detailed report on the performance of the promotion.

  • Crowne Plaza

    Building on the success of our work with Holiday Inn, we have designed and built several promotion sites for Crowne Plaza, another brand in the IHG family. The theme for the sites has been Crowne Plaza’s sponsorship of the BMW DTM motorsport team. We have also worked with the Crowne Plaza team to create internal surveys for collecting data on hotel practice and rolling out new ways of working.

  • InterContinental

    Over many years, we’ve helped this IHG brand promote its meeting and conference facilities. One project saw us produce a range of related tools for guiding hotels through the process of ordering promotional materials from third party suppliers. We also run yearly surveys to enable head office to provide an accurate guide to hotel facilities. Our internal communications ‘Spa Audit' site was used to audit the offer and raise the standard of spa service being delivered at all InterContinental hotels.

  • Eviivo

    Building a new site for eviivo presented a number of challenges including handling a large volume of pages with a vast number of layout permutations. Our response was to create a bespoke CMS solution that allowed us to use combinations of HTML ‘blocks’ to create a site that exactly met eviivo’s needs.

  • School Days Direct

    We have worked with Schools Day Direct for over five years and have built their main website as well as a password-protected online shop where customers can buy school-approved clothing. With the sites up and running, we are now providing ongoing technical support to ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • Resource Productions

    We have been working with Resource Productions since 2007 and recently launched their new website. The project’s key challenge was to showcase the two distinct strands of their business: corporate 'Film & Video Production' and 'Resource Youth Film', a charity. We liaised with the client’s designer to create a site that met this brief and then built the site around a simple but effective CMS set-up which allows the client to edit and manage the content themselves.

  • Creative Academy

    We created a fully featured site for the Creative Academy dance degree. As well as defining the scope, we oversaw the design and managed the build of the site which provides detailed information on the courses, tutors and alumni. It also showcases the work produced by students and allows prospective students to register their interest in the course. For current students there is an online login that gives them access to their class schedule as well as messages from teachers and fellow students.

  • Slough Business Awards

    Technical sponsor for the awards, we worked with the team to scope out the requirements for the site. After writing the technical brief, we designed, built and currently manage the site. We used our bespoke CMS solution to create the site which incorporates an online entry form for the awards.
